First, mechanical shrinkage

2. Features: The shrinkage rate can be reduced to less than 1%, the equipment structure is simple, the pressure between the guide roller and the pressure roller can make the fabric shrink and shape more fully.
3, blanket compression type shrink-proof machine: thick blankets around the smaller diameter guide roller, the outer layer expansion, leave the original recovery, so that close to the fabric on the extension surface of the fabric shrink simultaneously, so as to achieve the elimination of fabric The purpose of the potential contraction. Second, chemical methods
After the pre-shrinking process, the structure of the fabric becomes loose and the fabric shrinks greatly. Although there is no problem of shrinkage, it is easily stretched, especially for viscose fabrics, and chemical methods are required to achieve dimensional stability. The basic principle of chemical methods: Try to reduce the hydrophilicity of the fiber so that it can not be swollen in water, so that the fabric does not produce a serious shrinkage phenomenon.
